About San Antonio Game Packs Refunds or exchanges are offered only for event cancellations. All other sales are final. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during the original transaction. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, the cost of the tickets minus shipping and a $10.00 per ticket handling fee will be refunded to the customer. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event. San Antonio Game Packs is not responsible for seating changes made by venue, or unusual stage setups that may hamper view. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable. San Antonio Game Packs is not affiliated with Ticket Master. Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges.
